📏 Pallet Configuration
Lets boxes extend slightly past the pallet edge to improve packing. Each box must keep ≥50% of its footprint on the pallet.
Single-SKU mode keeps each pallet to one SKU. Usually uses more pallets but simplifies picking and receiving.
Horizontal rotates boxes 90° around the vertical axis only. 6-way also tips boxes on their sides — more efficient but unsafe for "This Side Up" / fragile items.
In overflow mode, a box is allowed if its base sits at or below the max height — its top may stick out. Adds one effective layer.
