This page explains what data Palletize3D collects, why, and how it's handled.

What we collect

• Shared solutions. When you click Confirm & Share, the pallet, box, and truck inputs you entered, plus the computed result, are stored in our database and made accessible via a unique link.
• Contact form submissions. If you send a message via our contact form, we store your name, email, subject, message, IP address, and browser user-agent so we can reply and detect abuse.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider may record standard request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.

What we don't collect

• No accounts, no passwords — there's nothing to sign up for.
• No third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
• No cookies set by us beyond what your browser uses for the page itself.
• Inputs you enter into the calculator stay in your browser unless you explicitly share them.

How we use the data

• Shared solutions are served to anyone with the link, so they can view the same 3D solution you generated.
• Contact messages are read by the maintainers to respond to you and improve the product.

Data retention & deletion

Shared solutions and contact messages are retained until they are no longer useful or are deleted on request. To request deletion of a shared solution or a contact message, email us via the contact form with the link or message details.

Third parties

The Service runs on a managed edge runtime backed by a SQL datastore. No data is sold or shared with marketers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any change.
