Palletize3D is a free, browser-based tool that helps shippers, warehouse teams, and 3PLs plan how cartons stack onto pallets and how those pallets fit into trucks and containers — all visualized in interactive 3D.

What it does

• Palletize cartons across multiple packing strategies (Bottom-Left-Front, Layer-by-Layer, Best-Fit) with control over overhang, SKU grouping, rotation, and height caps.
• Load trucks & containers using your chosen pallet solution, with presets for 53′ dry van, 40′ HC, and 20′ container, plus custom dimensions.
• Visualize every pallet and every truck in 3D — rotate, zoom, and inspect each box.
• Share any solution via a permanent link.

Why it exists

Most palletization tools are buried inside expensive WMS or TMS suites. Palletize3D is a focused, free alternative for the moments when you just need to know "will this fit, and how?" — without installing software, signing up, or uploading sensitive shipment data to a vendor.

How it works

All the packing math runs on our edge servers and renders in your browser using WebGL. Your input data is only persisted to our database when you explicitly click Confirm & Share.
