2. Use of the Service

Palletize3D is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we work hard to keep packing calculations accurate, results are estimates intended as planning aids — they are not a substitute for professional engineering judgement, carrier-specific guidelines, or load-securement regulations. You are responsible for verifying that any solution is safe and compliant before acting on it.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palletize3D and its authors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

5. Shared content

When you click Confirm & Share, the input you've entered (pallet sizes, box dimensions, truck dimensions) is stored on our servers and made retrievable by anyone with the resulting link. Do not share the link with parties you do not want to see the data.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
